ARBORETUM BEER FESTIVAL
HANDY EVENT FAQs
CAN I BUY TICKETS ON THE DAY?On-the-day ticket availability will depend on whether the event sells out in advance or not – we always recommend getting an advance ticket to avoid disappointment & get the best price! Tickets are available at alttickets.comIS THERE MORE THAN JUST BEER TO DRINK?Yes, we will have a full bar range, not just dozens of tasty beers. So you can expect cider, spirits, wine, soft drinks etc.CAN I BRING FOOD & DRINK INTO THE FESTIVAL?You are only allowed to bring your own empty reusable water bottles into the site at Arboretum, but not alcohol, other drinks or food. There will be a range of amazing street food available to purchase at the festival as well as the wide selection of delicious beverages across our bars. Customers will be searched on entry. For special circumstances such as dietary requirements or medical reasons customers will be allowed to bring in their own food, please communicate this with the security on the door and they will be able to support you with this.CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?Children are welcome if accompanied by adults, but please note that our free childrens tickets are limited and available from alttickets.comARE DOGS ALLOWED?Due to the footfall and movement of people on the site and it's enclosed nature, the only dogs allowed on site are assistance dogs. Unfortunately, the police and festival security contractors won't allow any number of the 1200+ people attending to bring their dogs as it is deemed too much of a safety risk.CAN I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE FESTIVAL?You are not able to leave and re-enter the festival, however vulnerable customers or those with children will be able to leave and re-enter for food if you communicate this with our team on the door.PRESS & PHOTOGRAPHER ENQUIRIESThe best way to get in touch about photography / press is through using the contact form over on our DHP website and selecting ‘Marketing & Press’ from the dropdown menu here.ARTIST / BAND ENQUIRIESThis year’s Arboretum events have now been fully booked, but contact [email protected] if you’re interested in performing next year.
